These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ProHelper website and application. By using ProHelper, you agree to these terms.
Using ProHelper
You may use ProHelper only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You’re responsible for your account, your users, and the data you put into the service.
Accounts & trials
ProHelper offers a 30-day free trial that does not require a credit card. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Plans are billed per user and may be changed or canceled according to your subscription settings.
Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for applicable fees.
Your data
You own your data. You can export it at any time, and we’ll handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, ProHelper is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
