Run every route, plan, and treatment in one place

ProHelper is powerful enough to run an entire book of quarterly and monthly treatment plans across dense route days, and simple enough that a tech logs the chemicals applied right on the phone, offline in a crawlspace, and the invoice fires without anyone re-keying a thing.

The headaches of running a pest control business

Recurring plans live in spreadsheets

Quarterly and monthly treatment plans get tracked in a spreadsheet, so visits get missed and renewals slip. ProHelper stores each plan as a Subscription tied to the Account and Property, with Visits scheduled on a calendar your office and techs both see.

Application records are loose paper

Chemical and material details end up on carbon copies that are hard to find at audit time. In ProHelper, techs log Items used (product, quantity, target area) on the Visit with Notes and photo attachments, kept against the Property history.

Route days are built by hand every morning

Sequencing 18 quarterly stops in the same neighborhood eats an hour before anyone rolls. ProHelper's Routes let you group nearby stops onto a tech's day and reuse them, instead of rebuilding the run from scratch each week.

Billing trails the truck

Service is done but the invoice goes out days later, and chasing card-on-file payments is manual. ProHelper turns a completed Visit into an Invoice and Payment in a few taps, with QuickBooks sync and built-in card payments.

Built for Pest Control

Everything you need to run pest control

The full platform, tuned to the way your trade actually works, with enterprise-grade capability you can run yourself, no consultants required.

Treatment plans as Subscriptions

Set up quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly programs as Subscriptions linked to the Account, Contact, and Property. Each plan drives the recurring Visits your techs run all season, so nothing falls off the schedule.

Application & material records on every Visit

Techs record Items used on each Visit, target areas, and findings in Notes, with photo attachments captured from the field. Every record stays attached to the Property and Equipment for a clean service history.

Route building for dense days

Build Routes by clustering nearby stops onto a technician's day, then drop them on the Scheduling calendar. Pair with Samsara fleet GPS to see where trucks actually are. A full dispatch board is included with the Growth plan, and route optimization with Professional.

Estimates to Invoices to Payments

Quote a one-time clean-out or a new annual program with Estimates from your Items price book, convert to an Invoice, and collect online. QuickBooks sync keeps the books current without double entry.

Offline-first field execution

Techs work crawl spaces, basements, and dead-zone rural routes with My Day, photo queue, and day packs. Everything syncs when signal returns, so application records and signatures are never lost.

Online booking and customer comms

Take new inspection and treatment requests through an online booking page that creates a Request automatically. Keep customers updated with email templates, in-app messaging, and push notifications.

How it works

A pest control job, start to finish

01

Win the account

A homeowner submits an inspection Request from your online booking page, or you log a callback. Build an Estimate for an initial service plus a recurring program from your price book.

02

Set the plan and the route

Approve the Estimate as a Subscription for the quarterly program. The recurring Visits land on the Scheduling calendar, and you group the stop onto the right Route day with nearby accounts.

03

Run the treatment

The tech opens My Day, navigates the route, inspects the Property, and logs Items used, target areas, and photos on the Visit, all offline if needed. Findings and Issues are captured for the next visit.

04

Get paid and renew

The completed Visit becomes an Invoice; the customer pays online and it syncs to QuickBooks. The Subscription keeps the next quarter's Visit ready, so the account renews on schedule.

We were running quarterly plans out of a spreadsheet and a stack of carbon copies. Now the recurring visits just show up on the calendar, the techs log what they sprayed right on their phones even with no signal in the field, and the invoice goes out the second they finish the stop. We stopped losing accounts to missed visits.
