Pricing is per user, per month. A user is anyone with a login: office staff, dispatchers, and field technicians. There is no user cap on any plan: add or remove users at any time and billing adjusts accordingly.

Essentials covers the day-to-day: CRM, jobs, scheduling, routes, estimates, invoices, and reporting. Most growing teams choose Growth for online payments, the Client Center portal, dispatch, and the no-code customization layer. Professional adds optimization, inventory, advanced analytics, and customer texting and voice. You can switch plans at any time.

A few Professional capabilities, like automations and workflows, sales and marketing management, Zapier, and the knowledge library, are in active development and included in the plan at no extra cost the moment they ship. Everything else in the table is live today.
